Jimmy Masrin, as Vice President Director of the Company, has formally submitted his resignation letter effective from 14 March 2025 (“Resignation Letter”). Based on the Resignation Letter, Jimmy Masrin has also resigned from all positions held in the subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company. Jimmy Masrin has expressed his willingness to support the transition process and the convening of the general Meeting of shareholders of:
- The Company;
- The subsidiaries;
- Affiliates of the Company
