At Agust 1,2019, it has been signed draft on merger between 2 subsidiary companies of PT LAUTAN LUAS Tbk, namely PT Dunia Kimia Jaya (DKJ) domiciled in Bekasi Regency and PT Advance Stabilindo Industry domiciled in Bekasi Regency. DKJ will be the surviving company.
