Increasing the Paid up Capital of PT Indonesian Acids Industry

On 13^th September 2017 PT Indonesian Acids Industry, a subsidiary of PT LAUTAN LUAS Tbk. (the “Company”) has increased its authorized capital, issued and paid up capital from Rp 391,200,000.- up to Rp2,510,200,000.-

The Company increased subscribed shares capital in PT Indonesian Acids Industry from Rp208,822,560.- up to Rp1,339,944,760,-
