The object of this Transaction consists of 12 (twelve) plots of land located in North Kembangan Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta, as stated in the Land Sale and Purchase Deed (as defined below) between CMS and the Company, with a total area of 13,713 m² (thirteen thousand seven hundred and thirteen square meters). The Company has obtained the rights to the land with a transaction value of Rp320,000,000,000 (three hundred and twenty billion Rupiah) from CMS.
