Jakarta, February 18, 2026 – PT Lautan Luas Tbk (IDX: LTLS), a provider of raw materials and integrated solutions with more than 74 years of experience across three business sectors—manufacturing, chemical distribution, and supporting services—officially inaugurated the Tanjung Kait Village Revitalization Program through the provision of 30 livable housing units for approximately 120 beneficiaries from low-income families in the coastal area of Tanjung Kait Village, Tanjung Anom Village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province on Friday, February 13, 2026. The program reflects the Company’s commitment to improving the quality of life of coastal communities by providing safe, healthy, and sustainable housing.
In collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, the inauguration ceremony was attended by the Regent of Tangerang, Mochamad Maesyal Rasyid, local government officials, and beneficiary families. In addition to housing construction, the program also includes area improvements through the development of an entrance gate and basic construction training for local residents to enhance community capacity and self-reliance.
In addressing these challenges, the Company views this initiative as part of a broader coastal area development effort, given the proximity of Tanjung Kait Village to Kampung Lautan Luas in Margamulya Village, Mauk District. This approach is expected to create a more structured and sustainable coastal development continuum.
