Jakarta, May 9, 2025 – PT Lautan Luas Tbk (IDX: LTLS) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The AGM approved the company’s annual report and financial statements for the fiscal year 2024, as well as the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders.
Throughout 2024, Lautan Luas recorded positive financial performance. The company successfully booked revenue of IDR 7.7 trillion, an increase of 5.5% compared to the revenue in 2023, which amounted to IDR 7.3 trillion.
Eurike Hadijaya, Investor Relations, Corporate Communication & ESG Manager of PT Lautan Luas Tbk, explained, “The improved performance in FY2024 was primarily driven by the increased revenue contribution from the distribution business unit. This was supported by significant growth in sales volume from customers and reinforced by a more competitive pricing strategy on several products to boost demand and expand market share. Meanwhile, revenue from the manufacturing and supporting & services segments remained relatively stable.”
Furthermore, the company also recorded a significant 36.9% increase in net profit for the year attributable to the parent entity, reaching IDR 220 billion compared to 2023. Improved operational efficiency was the main driver behind this net profit growth.
Dividend of IDR 45 per Share for Fiscal Year 2024
As an appreciation for the positive performance achieved and as a commitment to shareholders, the AGM approved the distribution of a cash dividend of IDR 45 per share for the fiscal year 2024. This dividend value is higher than the dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2023, which was IDR 35 per share.
The total cash dividend to be distributed by Lautan Luas amounts to IDR 65.91 billion. The complete dividend distribution schedule is as follows:
