The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of the Company was convened on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Graha Indramas 10th Fl, Jl. AIP II K. S. Tubun Raya No. 77 – Jakarta.
The EGMS were held in the Coronavirus Disease Health Emergency Situation to promote the precautionary principle by limiting the number of attendance at the Meetings; both the Company’s shareholders, invitees and management; but remained to pay attention to the applicable laws and regulations.
