This decision was taken based on consideration and evaluation of the company&#8217;s goal to continue to develop and innovate,&#8221; said Keyne Fredella Kristanto, Head of Legal &amp; Corporate Secretary in his official statement.<\/p>\n<p> The decision is a strategic step to ensure the company\u2019s resilience and adaptability amidst dynamic changes in the market. It is hoped that the addition of a new Commissioner will enrich insight and direction to the decision-making process at the executive level.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We are confident that with the inclusion of Mr. Jhonny Siahaan to the team, PT Lautan Luas Tbk will grow stronger.
