Domicile at West Jakarta<\/p>\n<p> (The \u201cCompany\u201d)<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> In order to comply with Financial Services Authority (\u201cOtoritas Jasa Keuangan &#8211; OJK\u201d) Regulation No. 36\/POJK.04\/2014 dated 8 December 2014, concerning Shelf Offering for Debt Securities and\/or Sukuk dated 08 December 2014, the Company hereby announce that the Company has conducted Shelf Offering II Subordinated Bonds Lautan Luas with targeted amount to be collected Rp1.000.000.000.000,00 (one thousand billion Rupiah). In the framework of shelf offering, the Company has offered and issued &#8220;Subordinated Bonds II Lautan Luas Phase I Year 2017&#8221; and &#8220;Subordinated Bonds II Lautan Luas Phase II Year 2017&#8221; therefore has received public fund with total amount Rp 850.000.000.000,00 (eight hundred fifty billion Rupiah), whereas effective date of the last filing was on 15 June 2017.<\/p>\n<p> Recently the Company has decided not to continue next shelf offering and period of Shelf Offering II Subordinated Bonds Lautan Luas has been terminated.<\/p>\n<p> The reason for this decision is within last several years performance of the Company is going well, therefore in recent period it shall not require additional working capital.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Jakarta, 14 June 2018<\/p>\n<p> PT Lautan Luas Tbk.<\/p>\n<p> The Board of Directors<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Announcement on Termination of Self Offering PT Lautan Luas Tbk.
