The Directors of PT LAUTAN LUAS Tbk domiciled in West Jakarta (\u201cthe Company\u201d), herewith would like to inform its Shareholders that the Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on May 15th, 2017.<\/p>\n

Notice of the Meeting will be announced in 1 (one) Indonesian daily newspapers, website of Indonesia\u2019s Stock Exchange and website of the Company on April 21st, 2017.<\/p>\n

The shareholders who are entitled to attend in the Meeting are those whose name are recorded in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on April 20th, 2017, by 16.15 WIB.<\/p>\n

Shareholders who represent 1\/20 (one-twentieth) or more of the total number of shares with valid voting rights shall be entitled to propose agenda of the Meeting pursuant to provision laid down at Article 21 Paragraph (5) of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, which shall has been received by the Board of Directors by letter at the latest on April 13th, 2017, at 16.00 WIB.<\/p>\n
