WON dan MN resmi menggabungkan diri menjadi satu perusahaan kedalam entitas DKJ melalui proses penggabungan usaha (merger).<\/p>\n<p> Penggabungan usaha 3 anak perusahaan tersebut efektif terhitung per tanggal 1 Januari 2017. Tujuan dilakukan penggabungan usaha (merger) adalah sebagai upaya dalam melakukan efisiensi dan efektivitas bagi perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p> Penggabungan anak perusahaan tersebut akan memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan keuangan, SDM, logistik, dan administrasi.
